Inspired by the applied brickwork and volumes used in the street, nine user-owned town houses are being built in the street. By removing a few cobblestones from the pavement, neighbours made small artificial gardens in the street. There is also room for a small garden at the entrance of the new houses. Variations in brickwork and patterned glass further strengthen the identity of the houses. An interior window draws daylight into the centre of the livingspace.
Geinspireerd op de toegepaste baksteen en volumes in de straat worden 9 grondgebonden koopwoningen opgetrokken in de straat. Door een paar trottoirtegels weg te nemen maakten buren kleine kunstmatige tuintjes in de straat. Ook bij de inkom van de nieuwe woningen is er plaats voor een klein tuintje. Variaties in metselwerk en figuurglas versterken verder nog de identiteit van de woningen. Een binnenraam brengt het daglicht tot in het centrum van de leefruimte.
Inspiré par la brique utilisée et les volumes dans la rue, 9 lotissements s’érigent dans la rue. En supprimant quelques pavés de trottoir, les riverains ont créé des petits jardins artificiels dans la rue. Ainsi à l’entrée des nouvelles habitations il y a dela place pour un petit jardin. Des variations dans la maçonnerie et vitres ornementées renforcent l’identité des maisons.
